What data is collected and for what purpose?

As a customer of pipey, we collect necessary information for your access to the software. This includes email address, name or billing data. Further we collect and store the webhook input received from the respective integration partner (HubSpot, Lexware Office). This is a bunch of ids and metadata. While we fetch your invoice and contact data from our partners (this is our service), we do *not* store this after the transfer from one partner to the other is done. This data is emphemeral.

For how long is data stored?

Account data as well as logging data from past webhook requests are stored as long as your account exists.

Where is the data stored?

Our offer is hosted by Hetzner in Germany. We have concluded a DPA with Hetzner.

Is the data passed on to third parties?

Our job is to transfer data from one partner to the other and vice versa, thus those partners are first party. We use the following service providers Mollie (payment), Moco (invoicing) and lalalytics (usage statistics). The data will be processed as part of an order processing in accordance with the statutory provisions. Apart from that, we do not share any data with anyone else.
